DIED
Miller. - At his home in this city on Sunday morning at one o'clock, of heart trouble, Henry Miller, aged 70 years.
The deceaced was born in Oldenburg, Germany, Nov. 22, and removed to this country and state with his parents early in life, locating in Cass county, where most of his life was spent until one year ago, when he removed to this city. He married Fredricka Klostermann, of Dixon, and of this union nine children were born, all of whom are living. They are Mrs. Warren Powers, of this county; Charles, of Monte Christo, Texas; Mrs. Matt Rickert, of Lee county; Mrs. Henry Lambkin and Mrs. Joseph Crombie, of Grundy county, Ia.; Mrs. David Brightweiser, of Adams county, Neb.; Nellie, a teacher in the Sterling school; Frank, of Lee county, and Mrs. John Snyder, of Hitchcock county, Neb.
Mr. Miller was a good citizen and a good man, unviersally respected. He was a member of the English Lutheran church, and the funeral occurred on Tuesday, at 2:30 p.m., from the Prairieville churchRev. E. Brown, of this city, officiating.
