    Text The Last Will and Testament of Arendt Juechter of the City of Milwaukee,County of Milwaukee, State of Wisconsin.
    I Arendt Juechter being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understandig,do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and formfollowing, to-wit:
    I will and direct, that the expense of my funeral and all my just debts befully paid out of my personal estate as soon as may be after my decease.
    I hereby give and bequeath to my wife Ida, Katharine, Henriette ElisabethJuechter, nee Andersen, all of my estate, real and personal of whatever kindand nature also all and any legacies which may come to me by inheritance.
    I hereby nominate and appoint my friend Herman Magedanz of the City and Countyof Milwaukee, Wisconsin, sole executor of this my last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
    IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand ans seal this
    Twenty-fourth day of October, A. D. 1896.

    The foregoing instrument was now her subcribed by Arendt Juechter thetestator, in the presence of each of us and was at the same time by himdeclared to be his last Will and Testament and we at his request sign ournames hereunto in his persence as attesting witness.
